MEMBER: Dial 404.872.6092, 404.872.6093 or 800.876.4443. (You must use a touch-tone telephone)

Advisor 24 says: "Welcome to Pinnacle Credit Union's Advisor 24, your credit union's 24-hour audio response service... Please enter your Member Number followed by the pound sign."

MEMBER: Enter your Member Number by depressing the appropriate buttons. When you have entered your Member Number, depress #. (# symbol is used at the end of each entry.)
EXAMPLE: If your Member Number is 12345, you would enter 12345#.

Advisor 24 says: "Please enter your Access Code followed by the pound sign."

MEMBER: Enter your Access Code (Advisor 24 PIN) by depressing the appropriate buttons. When you have entered your Access Code, depress #. (# symbol is used at the end of each entry.)
EXAMPLE: If your Access Code is 12345, you would enter 12345#.

Advisor 24 says: "Please enter a Service Code followed by the pound sign, or press zero followed by the pound sign for a guided menu."

MEMBER: Choose the transaction you wish to make and enter the appropriate Service Code followed by #. Some Service Codes require you to enter additional information (share draft number, withdrawal amount, etc.) When using these codes, listen for instructions from ADVISOR 24.
When entering dollar amounts,Remember that ADVISOR 24 will automatically place the decimal point in front of the last two digits.
ADVISOR 24 will repeat the transaction amount after you have made your entry, and ask you to depress the pound sign to continue. If you enter the correct amount depress #.
If you made a mistake when entering a dollar amount, depress the star sign followed by the pound sign (* #) to cancel the transaction. ADVISOR 24 will then allow you to begin the transaction again. You are allowed four (4) retries per transaction.
If you make an error simply reenter the correct Service Code after ADVISOR 24 says " ...(code) is not recognized. Please enter (code)..."

NOTE: All Transactions are posted to your account immediately. When you request a withdrawal, a check in the amount you withdraw will be made payable to the primary member on the account and mailed to the address on file. (After 4:30 p.m., check will be mailed the next business day.)

MEMBER: At the conclusion of your business, enter 99, then press #.

Advisor 24 says: "Thank you for calling."
